Returns & Refunds

Every part we sell is 3D printed to order in-house, so we don't do standard returns or exchanges. That said, we stand behind our work.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something shows up broken or defective, reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to ship the damaged part back.

Fitment Issues

We design every part around specific speakers and cases, but we know builds can vary. If something doesn't fit right, message us — we'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a design adjustment or a replacement. This is why we always recommend reaching out with your speaker model before ordering if you're not sure.
